For the past 42 years, over 300+ outstanding women in our community have been honored through the Women of Distinction Awards.

Women of Distinction awards will be presented Feb. 22 at Jacklin Arts Cultural Center in Post Falls. The event is normally held in November.

“Join us for an inspirational event to celebrate the remarkable achievements of women who make a difference in our community," said Ann Ealy, committee chair. "This special celebration will also highlight local scholarship recipients. Let’s come together to honor the achievements of extraordinary women and empower those on their path to achieving their dreams.”
Nominations
Soroptimist annually presents their “Women of Distinction” awards to women whose achievements and dedication to community service set them apart. Soroptimist of CDA is actively seeking nominations for deserving women in our community. Award nomination categories include arts and culture, business and professional, community service, education, health, public service and Second Act (senior).
