Women of Distinction Sponsorships

We would like to call upon your continued support of Soroptimist of CDA’s mission in helping women and girls in our community by sponsoring our upcoming Women of Distinction Awards at one of the following levels: Silver, Gold, Platinum and LEGACY.

For the past 40 years, over 300 outstanding women in our community have been honored through the Women of Distinction Awards. This event was originally hosted by the Women’s Forum and has since been continued by the Coeur d’Alene Soroptimists. Thanks to our generous sponsors of our 2021 event, we were able to honor these amazing women, celebrate with our winners and fund our important Dream programs. This year, we are excited to celebrate the 40th anniversary of these awards by honoring our past “Legacy Winners” and have even added a new Legacy category to our award lineup, including a new Legacy Sponsorship level.

Soroptimist is an international organization founded in 1921 whose mission is to improve the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment. It is Soroptimist’s vision that all women and girls have the resources and opportunities to reach their full potential and live their dreams. This mission and vision continues to be carried out in clubs all over the country through the Soroptimist Dream programs: the Live Your Dream Award and the Dream It Be It, Career Support for Girls Program.

The Women of Distinction Awards luncheon is the Coeur d’Alene Soroptimist club’s signature fundraiser, focused on increasing awareness and raising funds to support women and girls in our community. Money raised at this event will go directly toward helping several LOCAL women in our community.
